Successful Argument Before Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York

Sean Lipsky successfully argued before a five judge panel of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department. The case involved a complex shareholder dispute involving a North Carolina dying and finishing company. Sean Lipsky successfully tried the matter before the Hon.
